How did two sisters, Suzanne Browne and Martina Delaney (unrelated to me), set up an Irish-owned and family-run baby products business Clevamama and in a decade achieve international success? We’ll get to that but first, here’s one of the questions asked of Suzanne in an interview:
Do you think being a woman made it more of a challenge to get to your position and, if so, how?
I don’t think being female was either a help or a hindrance, I think if you have a good product, a good company and good people, then you’re half way there. The rest relies on hard work, determination and guts.

Suzanne’s parting words: “Entrepreneurship is something everyone can have — you just need a plan, structure and belief.”
