  • Women aged 25–40
  • Currently working in a family-owned business
  • Daughter of a female or male founder/owner
  • In a role with increasing responsibility
  • Expressing interest in leadership and succession
  • Business stage: established
  • Potential industries: retail, services, ecommerce, professional firms, hospitality, manufacturing, health/beauty, tech (AI) consulting, import/export, global sourcing agents, legal, transportation and management consulting and leadership.

Join a DOBO:

This invitation-only cohort meets monthly for 2 hours and each meeting is moderated by a trained facilitator. All meetings run via Zoom and the time is decided by the group. Scheduled meetings run the selected consecutive day of the month. Fee to participate is $1,200/year.
