Two female beef industry leaders, Josie Angus and Prue Bondfield, both exceptionally knowledgeable on the opportunities and challenges involved with exporting produce, talk exports.
Josie Angus runs Signature Beef, a family beef company in Australia that has grown to successfully brand and market to customers in 24 countries internationally.
Prue Bondfield, along with her husband David, runs Palgrove Charolais. They are strong in Australian beef cattle genetics and are focusing on exports of genetics and beef to Asia, having successfully marketed genetic product into a number of other export markets already.
