At EXIM Bank Ursula services the exporting community by providing export finance counseling related to the Bank’s products. Prior to re-joining EXIM Bank, Ursula founded a trade finance brokerage with the goal of assisting US exporters reach their export potential. Ursula has also worked in logistics and international banking guiding U.S. exporters on export strategy, trade finance and export compliance. Ursula is a proud member of the Board of Directors of the International Trade Association of Greater Chicago (ITAGC) and serves as a wegg® Specialist for Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global®. She received her B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and her M.A. from American University in D.C.

Tammy Phillips, who holds a CPA designation, is a professional with a passion for driving growth and transforming organizations. With a strong background in accounting and strategic consulting, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles as Chair at Jane Addams Resource Corporation and Strategic Business Consultant at Howe Corporation. In 2007, she started working at Howe Corporation, where she built a successful career. She started as President & VP Finance, CEO, and is now Strategic Business Consultant. Tammy leverages her financial expertise, including export financing, to guide the company towards sustainable growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tammy is known for her dedication to giving back to the community. She actively participates in charitable initiatives, leveraging her financial expertise to support causes that align with her values.
