We are thrilled to have her on the team gathering the speakers and presenters of our How She Went Global® podcast, monthly wegginars®, and showcase spotlights. Loveynia’s admirable efforts will further bolster our credo of getting women entrepreneurs to go global. She has already made her mark on the wegg staff and we couldn’t be happier with her impact.

Loveynia was drawn to wegg by its work helping women entrepreneurs expand into global markets. Having spent her career supporting people and programs across borders, she sees her work with wegg as a natural continuation of that, helping connect women business owners with opportunities to learn, share their stories and grow internationally.

We knew she would be a perfect fit, as Loveynia has built her career around helping people and organizations grow. She started out in humanitarian and community spaces, where she learned early on that real change lies in the details by asking the right questions, understanding people’s lived experiences and building programs that fit the communities they’re designed to serve. Those experiences eventually led her into learning design, where she now creates learning experiences that help people build skills and explore new opportunities.

When she’s not working, she’s usually chasing a new place to explore, reading a good book or enjoying conversations that leave her with a new way of seeing the world.

When asked why the work wegg does is impactful to her, Loveynia said,

“The founders wegg works with have already done the hard part. They have built something they believe in and kept going, often while figuring out the next step as they go. I love being able to help bring them into the room with people who have been there before, people who can share what worked, what didn’t and what they wish they had known earlier. There is something incredibly powerful about seeing a founder recognize herself in someone else’s story and leave with a little more clarity, confidence and belief in what she can do next. Those are the moments that stay with me.”
