Divya Behl is the Founder and CEO, of BKV Holdings and CEO, President, and Owner of PMA Friction Products, a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom-engineered brake and clutch friction materials.
Prior to entrepreneurship in manufacturing, Divya has 20 years of corporate experience in the aerospace, automotive, and industrial industries, serving as Vice President & General Manager at Woodward, Inc., leading the Aerospace Hydraulics Business. She has also held roles as Vice President of the Program Management Office and Systems Test Facility, as well as Vice President of Operations and Engineering.
Beyond corporate leadership, Divya is a passionate advocate for education. She founded the Driv-lok Academy, creating a pipeline of high school students into manufacturing, and hosted the national radio show “Weekend Wisdom,” offering practical advice to help listeners save time, money, and energy.
She has been recognized with the Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Award and the Illinois Diversity Council’s Multicultural Leadership Award.
