I’m beginning to wonder: maybe the glass ceiling that currently exists isn’t such a bad thing after all. It is allowing women to experiment and explore their own boundaries, which without this barrier may not have driven women to this economic frontier as fast as it has today. Women are destined to run large businesses and corporations and this will be the next step; women will soon be asked: “What is it that made you choose to grow your business into a global Fortune 500 company?” Instead of: “Why entrepreneurship?”. Women are currently at the centre of their household domains and are approaching the centre of their very own public corporate domain.
