At EXIM Bank Ursula services the exporting community by providing export finance counseling related to the Bank’s products. Prior to re-joining EXIM Bank, Ursula founded a trade finance brokerage with the goal of assisting US exporters reach their export potential. Ursula has also worked in logistics and international banking guiding U.S. exporters on export strategy, trade finance and export compliance. Ursula is a proud member of the Board of Directors of the International Trade Association of Greater Chicago (ITAGC) and serves as a wegg® Specialist for Women Entrepreneurs Grow Global®. She received her B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and her M.A. from American University in D.C.

Ashley S. Moy cofounded Cast21 in 2016 after leading international, awarding-winning teams to develop medical devices and healthcare biologics. Ashley has been invited by government bodies, healthcare Fortune 500 companies, and globally-acclaimed publications to contribute to their forums, panels, and articles on healthcare and innovation around the world. She has also been a guest lecturer for graduate and undergraduate courses on business and entrepreneurship. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys good food, live music, and golf.
