She learned the business from her father and started her firm in 1994. In 2019, she expanded adding strategic human resource consulting. Stacy is known for her visionary leadership, passion, and problem-solving ability.

As CEO, Cara is leading the third-generation business forward with a commitment to high-level, data-informed client experience. She works closely with the C-Suite to ensure their employee benefits and individual insurance programs have the right balance for their goals, work culture, and budget. Cara learned the business from her mother, Stacy, who learned the business from her father.

Beka Kohmescher, a founding partner of Altair Advisers at just 25 years old, was named Chief Executive Officer in 2018. With 20+ years of experience in helping clients navigate the complexities of wealth as well as firm management, Beka provides strong corporate leadership for the business while also promoting a management culture focused on exceptional client service for Altair’s high net worth client base.
