According to The Atlantic article by Anne-Marie Slaughter, “Why Women Can’t Have It All,” we’ve come a long way baby – or have we?

It’s time to stop fooling ourselves, says a woman who left a position of power: the women who have managed to be both mothers and top professionals are superhuman, rich, or self-employed. If we truly believe in equal opportunity for all women, here’s what has to change.

Stew Friedman, Practice Professor of Management at the Wharton School and blogger for Harvard Business Review addresses this topic with his perspective, “Having It All” Is Not a Women’s Issue.  He believes this is a critical societal issue with great economic consequence.
