Welcome Newsletter Manager Asra Khan to the wegg® Team!

We are overjoyed to announce a new addition to our wegg® staff! Please join us in welcoming Asra Khan on board as our Newsletter Manager. You will see her work every other Thursday in your inbox if you are subscribed to our newsletter, and she is already a natural!

Asra is originally from Texas, and she moved to Chicago to pursue her degree in Comedic Writing and Performance. As a creative force, her focus has been dedicated to amplifying the voices of women and Asians within the realms of art and entertainment.

Her commitment to empowering underrepresented groups led her to collaborate extensively with non-profit organizations like Stir-Friday Night and APIDA. Through these partnerships, she has contributed her talents to initiatives aimed at elevating Asian artists, advocating for inclusivity and diversity within the artistic landscape.

When she was introduced to wegg®, she was deeply inspired by the mission to help Women Entrepreneurs grow their business globally. When she’s not working, Asra can be found performing or producing shows at various theaters in Chicago, or at home petting her beloved cat, Guy.
