Meet the presenter
Jenny J. Ming
Jenny Ming is an accomplished public company director and former chief executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in consumer, retail, and lifestyle brands through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation. She was a founding executive member and the first President of Old Navy, helping build one of the world’s most successful specialty value retail brands. Most recently, she served as CEO of Rothy’s, where she positioned the company for profitable, multi-channel growth and helped developed its strategic plan.
Jenny currently serves on the boards of Levi Strauss & Co., Kaiser Foundation Hospital and Health Plan, Rothy’s, and Gorilla Commerce. Previously she has served on the boards of Poshmark, Affirm, Kendra Scott, and Paper Source. Her governance experience spans public, private, founder-led, and mission-driven organizations, with committee experience in executive compensation, talent and succession planning, governance and strategy.
Jenny has been recognized as one of the retail industry’s most respected leaders. She was named twice to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women list and honored as Business Manager of the Year from Business Week.
