Is Your Perspective Global?

According Huffington Post blogger Marcia Reynolds, to distinguish yourself in today’s workplace, you need a global perspective.  I believe you should have (cultivate) this outlook every second of the day but here’s what Reynolds says about the benefits of developing this mindset in the world of work:

A global perspective widens your lens of possibility. You can provide possible solutions based on what is successful in other parts of the world. Additionally, a global perspective helps you to understand the sandbox your organization is playing in.
