Kayla Moore is a professional actress and writer. She was born and raised in Chicago, where she pursued a career in the arts from an early age. She went on to study acting and film at Columbia College Chicago. In 2021, she received a BA in Arts Management: TV and Film Business.

Kayla’s recent acting credits include NBC’s Chicago Fire and Mahogany L. Browne’s Chlorine Sky at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. Kayla is equally passionate about writing. She is a huge fan of animated TV and film. She would love to write for animation, specifically children’s educational television. In 2022, She was selected as a mentee for the Women In Animation Mentorship Program. She is always grateful to work with companies that focus on women’s empowerment and is thrilled to join the wegg® team.
